<Mind at a halt>
After 4 hours of class including watching a movie and listening to the lecture, consciousness fades away, mind comes to a halt, and you are no longer aware of what movie you were watching, what this class was about, and what subject you were studying.
And the “landscape of the three-dimensional construction” starts to appear, recurringly, common to films shot by the same director.
I understood how it works. The same “landscape of three-dimensional construction” appears inside my mind whenever I watch a film made by the same director.
Alfred Hitchcock is known for his prolific career in film making. But in my mind, all of his films accompany an image of a dark scene, with so many slashes made from the back side looking like a waterfall. No matter which film I watch, that is the “landscape” I see.
